snap277雖然 vSphere 5.1 已經推出，但 VMware 還是有在持續更新 vSphere 5.0 ，十二月份釋出了 update 2 的版本。

vCenter Server 5.0 U2 現在支援安裝於 Windows Server 2012，佈署客製化 VM 則支援了 Win8、Server 2012、ubuntu 12.04、RHEL6.2 / 6.3 等 Guest OS。另外 v5 Essentials 版拿掉了 192GB 的 vRAM 限制，並解決了 U1 的一些問題，詳情請參考：https://www.vmware.com/support/vsphere5/doc/vsp_vc50_u2_rel_notes.html
